Using the CONTRACKED App

Key points shown on the Facility Admin/Profile screen:

• Facility name and account status – shows whether the facility is approved or pending.
• Facility login – allows Admin to log in as the facility for support/testing.
• Details & Profile – facility information and specialised requirements.
• Locations – manage all locations linked to the facility.
• Team / Requestors – manage people authorised to request contractor work.
• Approved Contractors – view and manage contractors currently approved for the facility.

Your location's details! 

• Registered Locations – shows all physical sites linked to the Facility account.
• Site Details – each location displays its site name and physical address.
• Regional Identification – locations are tagged by region, such as Southland or Northland.
• Multi-Site Management – allows one Facility account to manage multiple locations across New Zealand.
• Contractor Matching – location information helps identify suitable contractors operating in the required area.
• Special Service Requirements – identifies whether the Facility requires services offshore or in remote locations.

• Preferred Contractors – Facility Managers have their own list of trusted, approved contractors.
• Direct Job Requests – approved contractors can be selected directly for suitable work without broadcasting the job to the wider marketplace.
• Keep Existing Relationships – Facilities can continue using contractors they already know and trust while managing them through Contracked.
• Easy Contractor Search – quickly search available Contracked contractors and add them to the approved list.
• Flexible Management – contractors can be added or removed as the Facility’s needs change.
• Compliance Still Managed – approved contractors remain within the Contracked system, helping ensure their compliance information stays current.
